COVID-19 Real Estate Pivot

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led a rapid-response marketing initiative to support agents navigating a highly uncertain real estate market. With safety guidelines evolving in real time, the challenge was to provide clear, compliant signage and promotional materials that enabled transactions to continue while prioritizing the health and safety of clients and agents.

I directed the marketing team to assess critical needs, define communication standards, and create and roll out materials including Private Showings signage, email communications, lead-generating campaigns, the Buy | Sell Safe Certification Program logo and collateral, and branded hand sanitizer and masks for brokers and their clients.

The initiative delivered over 800 informational emails and coordinated timely distribution of PPE and signage, enabling brokers to safely continue representing buyers and sellers. These efforts reinforced client and agent confidence, ensured operational consistency, and helped redefine transactional excellence, allowing business to move forward responsibly during the pandemic.
