Annual Convention & Tradeshow

I oversaw all marketing, branding, and tradeshow components for the John L. Scott Annual Conference, a four-state professional development and networking event designed to engage, retain, and recruit agents. The event featured a keynote speaker, expert-led workshops, and a tradeshow with industry vendors.

In partnership with executive leadership, I developed a cohesive event theme and communication strategy and directed the production of all marketing touchpoints, including event branding, print collateral, large-format signage, digital assets, merchandise, and recruiting materials. I also managed the tradeshow end-to-end, securing vendors and coordinating their participation to align with conference goals.

The conference achieved over 45% attendance across the company’s footprint, drove strong agent engagement through tailored workshop sessions, increased sponsor participation, enhanced overall brand visibility, and supported both the retention and recruitment of agents.
